My first impact workshop ended with the instructor telling me I looked far too pleased with myself. She was right.

Before entering the BDSM scene, I trained in kickboxing, so balance, timing and staying calm under pressure were already second nature to me. Once I began exploring domination as an adult, I quickly discovered that I enjoyed using those skills in a much more playful setting.
